I am using DNN 4.9.3 version. I am trying to implement langauge localization in any module or any page...

I am very new to language localization, so donow how to proceed.

I read some forums here stating like look on applo-software site, is it mean that can't we do localization with existing DNN? Do we need to buy and install that module?.

Please help me!

The existing DotNetNuke provides for localization of all of the static text on a site. If you want to localize content and menus (tab names) you will need to use some third party modules. The modules from Apollo and others do this. Some are free and some (probably most) are commercial.
