Forum Module Date Error

When using the Forum module, I'm seeing that posts are showing an incorrect Post Date. I checked the Server and the Time is correct. How can I fix the Forums so they show the correct Post Date?

IF you look at the posts in the database table, do they actually have the wrong time? Or is this a time zone and display issue?
