Hi,

I have recently installed and skinned my DNN site and would like to add a support desk module.

I am worried if I buy one it will not integrate into my custom skin. So it will look like an add-on.

I would like the user to register, then go to their account area and have the ability to create a ticket, view a ticket etc.

I dont mind paying for a fully functional help desk, its just which one...

Any help, past experiences would be appreciated.

I personally have not used one of these modules, but if you look around on snowcovered I think there are a couple on there.

If you don't get any feedback here, I would suggest that you contact each of the module developers and ask them if you can skin the modules? ie. can you assign a CSS class to the modules elements and style them to match your website skin? As long as you can do this you will be able to blend the module in with your skin.

Anyone else used any ticket based modules?
