I don't know of anyone who has produced these. Have you had a look on Snowcovered?

Otherwise, it's not hard to change the colour of the default skin and if you do it yourself, you can get the colours to exactly match your requirements.

If you are new to skinning, the tutorials in issues 5 & 6 provide step by step tutorials on how to create your own skin which will give you all the information you need for editing the default skins and creating your own skin designs in the future.
