Please let me know what i should do !!!

There is something broken on the web.config content. This might be a missing closing tag or something else. I would recommend to copy the web.config, rename the extension to .XML and try to open it on IE. It should give you a visual clue as to what is the tag that is breaking the web.config file.

I have changed according that as you instructed.
Now i am getting this error.
