If you open this url i.e. http://www.inform-consult.com/pdfs/...ouncil.pdf it shows the default dnn favicon. Rest of the site (http://www.inform-consult.com) shows the favicon that I selected.

Please let me know how to change the favicon when pdf file is opened.

Try adding a copy of the site's favicon.ico file to the root directory of the installation.

(I think that when you have the pdfs folder in the installation root, you need to have the favicon there, too)
