You can but you will need some good understanding of the DDR menu and how to work with the XSLT format.

That menu doesn't look responsive to me.

But ... I think that you could get most of it by re-styling the DDR ULTokens template. You might need to add some classes (that indicate menu depth) by modifying the template. That should be fairly straightforward.
