File attachment/Upload is not working in Dynamic form module for this website. Field name is Submit Resume. When we are selecting option File attachment/Upload then Submit Resume field is not showing at all. But instead of File attachment/Upload we are selecting textbox or other fields then it appears. Dyamic module version is 4.10.0 and DNN version is 07.04.00 Pls let me know what wrong with this.

I'd recommend that you contact the folks at Data Springs. They are in the best position to provide help with their module.
