I would start by making sure you have the advance url rewrite active on your DNN 7 site and then you can install this module https://dnnurlmanagement.codeplex.com/ which will allow you to easily manage the URL settings like the ones you are talking about.

I have activated advance url and installed the module. But the module doesn't allow me to do the function that I mentioned above.

The Url Management Module has two views: Portal and Host - On the Portal view there is a tab called Custom Page URLs where you can make a page redirect to another URL
