I have not been able to get into the website I have created for my local volunteer fire department utilizing dnn. When I click on the login icon, it prompts me to put my username and password in and then click Login. When I do this, it goes back to the Home Page and it still says log in on the icon and I am unable to edit anything on the page. It does the same when I try to use the administrator password. WHat do I need to do to fix this? I am at the point where the dept wants to dump the site if we cannot update it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is very hard to troubleshoot something like that without access to more details. It would be great to get to the event log details so that you could check is there is any error coming up.

I recommend that if this is urgent (it seems it is) then contact a professional DNN support firm like www.DeskPal.com - They will be able to help you out in a heart beat.

They have a "1 task" option and I think that could be a great way to get this sorted out quickly.
