http://columbusorg.com.temp.realssl.com

If I click on Employee Login link at top then it goes to EmployeeHome page after login as per the settings under Admin->Site Settings. After logout it redirects to http://columbusorg.com.temp.realssl.com/Home.aspx.

If I login from http://columbusorg.com.temp.realssl.com/Home.aspx page then after login it doesn't redirect to EmployeeHome page. It stays on http://columbusorg.com.temp.realssl.com/Home.aspx page itself.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

Also under Admin->Site Settings->User Account Settings I've select the option None next to User Registration. But then also I'm getting spam mail. Please let me know how to stop user registration.

Is this site using any of DNN's multiple language or localization features?

Please check the setting value for Redirect_AfterRegistration in the Portal Settings table.

You might find it helpful to look at a Fiddler trace to see what's actually happening behind the scenes.

SettingName
Redirect_AfterRegistration

SettingValue
-1

This is what I'm seeing. There are three Redirect_AfterRegistration and values for all of them are -1

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Thanks

I assume that there are three because you have three portals, or two portals and one is a "dummy" entry for creating new portals.

I would try re-specifying the page for redirect after login, and check the table after you do it. I think that the value should be TabId, but I haven't checked.

I did the changes as per your reply. Still it's showing SettingValue=-1

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Any error messages? And also look in the event log.

Well, this is a real puzzler.

You might want to manually insert the TabId into that setting and see what happens. I have no idea why you can't set it using the UI.
