RadEditor Paragraph button not working in IE

Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this. We are using RadEditor as our provider for the HTML module and we discovered that the insert paragraph button isn't working in any version of Internet Explorer. Every other button works as it should across all browsers and all the other buttons work in IE EXCEPT the paragraph button. I can't seem to find anything anywhere in our configuration that would be causing this...

Are you using the RadEditor or the DotNetNuke.RadEditorProvider? Check Hosts, HTML Editor Provider.
Also, which version of DNN are you using? Have you upgraded recently?

We are using the DotNetNuke.RadEditorProvider. Our version is: 07.03.03 (117).
