Hi Please help. I am installing a fresh version of DNN version 7.03 and I am encountering this error: 81% ERROR occured - Adding InstallVersion: The process cannot access the file 'web.config' because it is being used by another process. Regards,

The only thing that I can suggest is that you make sure that the file permissions are set on your web directory. And, verify that the file actually isn't open in some other program.
