Check to make sure (on the Profile Properties page) that you've set the email address to be visible to everyone, or to who you want to be able to see it.

Hi thanks for the reply, but where can I set the visibility property for the EMAIL? I checked on the managed profile tab in the profile properties, all the data are there but not the email.

You can set this in Profile Properties. In DNN 7, this is off of the User Accounts admin page.
