changing the skin's include nodes dynamically

I have 10 pages with same skin.When I click on the page 'Home' display only 5pages.Clicking on other pages needs to display all pages.That means i want to change the IncludeNodes attribute dynamically in skin.ascx file.

The other approach would be to use a slightly different skin on the two sets of pages. The only difference would be the pages included in the menu.
