Hello, I am using the Feedback Designer module from InteractiveWebs for a feedback module. However, I do not want it to display the default email address of the currently logged in user. I would rather it be blank. Is there any way to turn of the default address from showing up? For reference, I had this same issue with the normal feedback module included with DNN. I have not used this module. Your best bet will be to ask the developer for help. They do have a support forum on their site.

I installed their trial version on my test system.

You can Hide the name and email address fields that are part of the form.  Then, you can add your own name and email address fields for the user.

All four will be included in the email that is sent when the Send button is clicked.

Thats a great idea. Only problem is I can't automatically send them a confirmation email. But that will work great for now! Thank you, Jacob
