Whenever I'm trying to update any content in my site it's showing me error.  And I couln't update the content.

Can anyone please help me to resolve this?

For some reason, DotNetNuke cannot delete some files in the portal's cache. This could be due to some incorrect permissions or to something that has locked the files.

I would try these:

1. From Host Settings open the Performance tab and clear the cache and then (using the link at the bottom of the page) restart the appliccation.
2. Re-apply the permissions settings that you used when you installed DotNetNuke. Then try #1 again.
3. Reboot your web server.

As a last resort, manually delete all files in Portals/0/Cache. Then reboot the web server.
