Is it possible in DNN to open a root or sub menu item in a new tab when browsing the site?
I use SolPartMenu and DNN v. 4.8.3. Is there any property for doing that?

I don't believe that there is.

If you were using a menu that renders as a list of links, you could do that, I think, by using javascript or jQuery to modify the elements.
