I have a problem with file manager. When I click on Host or Admin > File Manager, I see the following error:

That is a rather old version of DotNetNuke.  Is this something that just started happening?  Did you just upgrade from an older version?

If possible, I would recommend that you upgrade your installation.  The final 4.x version is 4.9.5 and the most recent version is 5.5.0.  Upgrading should be done in steps, and only after you make a good backup of your web directory and your database.  Ask if you need some help in doing that.

I see if it's possible to upgrade or not. But before that please explain how can I make a backup. I didn't do that before and I think I need your help.

Thanks a lot!

Joe, just so you know, when you click on the link in the RSS Feed (I get them in my email), it copmes up with the following error:
There has been an error of some kind. Ack!

FeedBurner could not deliver this feed to you because of the specific problem listed below:
Feed Address: http://feeds.feedburner.com/Livesit...fault.aspx

HTTP Error (Code) and Message: (404) Feed not found error: FeedBurner cannot locate this feed URI.

However, when I click the "View article" link at the bottom to go to this forum post, it allows me to, and then I click on the link in your post and am able to go to it. It looks like Feedburner is not taking your URL's in your post and making them into something that can be clicked. Here is what I receive in my email box from the feed:

This tutorial covers backup a site: How to backup a live hosted DotNetNuke website and restore it to a localhost installation

The "How to backup a live hosted DotNetNuke website and restore it to a localhost installation" is linked with the following URL in the feed:
../../../../../../../../../../../Livesitetolocahost/tabid/347/Default.aspx

Just FYI. Thanks.
