Hey there...
               I hav installed the positions available module from interactivewebs.com. but after successful installation of this module, there comes error whenever i add the module to page. the error is..
 
An error occured validating the module.

Unable to connect to the remote server <!-- Request Activation Key -->
.
.
plzzz help if anyone could...

You should contact interactivewebs.com for assistance.

I'd guess, maybe, that this requires a license that you haven't installed. You might want to check any documentation that comes with the module, or look at the module settings.
