Can't get custom JS dropdown to work.

We have a site that was already built with a static menu. Now I need to add a dropdown. I have JS code that has done this before so I just grabbed that. If you use this html page and hover over about us it works just fine. See attached file.

I attached a zip. Not that I'm complaining because I know how much of a pain things like this are, but is there some script button I am missing to paste code or does the forum just not handle it very well?
