After upgrading some of the file folders do not appear in the DNN file manager on the website. I go the server itself and all the folders are listed.  I can add the folders and the files appear for a short time.   Help!!!!

Hmmm. Can you go to the File Manager and click the Recursive Synchronize Files link, with the checkbox checked? Does that fix the problem?

I am having the same issue, and am also having a problem with DNN linking to any javascript files. When I went to the file Manager to make the change as suggusted I am recieving this error.

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The given path's format is not supported. ---> System.NotSupportedException: The given path's format is not supported. at System.Security.Util.StringExpressionSet.CanonicalizePath(String path, Boolean needFullPath) at System.Security.Util.StringExpressionSet.CreateListFromExpressions(String[] str, Boolean needFullPath) at System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission.AddPathList(FileIOPermissionAccess access, AccessControlActions control, String[] pathListOrig, Boolean checkForDuplicates, Boolean needFullPath, Boolean copyPathList) at System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission..ctor(FileIOPermissionAccess access, String[] pathList, Boolean checkForDuplicates, Boolean needFullPath) at System.IO.FileInfo..ctor(String fileName) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.AddFileToTable(DataTable tblFiles, FileInfo objFile) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.GetFilesByFolder(String strFolderName) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.BindFileList() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any ideas of what this coule be?

If the directories are there, make sure that file permission are correct.  Also, check permissions in the file manager.

As this is marked as fixed, you might want to think about updating to 5.4.4.

I don't see where this is marked as fixed, but I cannot upgrade. I went from 5.02.01 to 5.02.02 no problem. However, when I tried to go to 5.02.04, it just says my assembly and db version and won't upgrade. Also, then it won't go back to the home page, it just stays always reroutes to the upgrade page. Any thoughts?

Have you tried upgrading directly to 5.4.4 from your current version?  Try it offline and see if it will work.  If not, post the exact error message here.

I have tried upgrading twice. Whenever I try to go to 5.4.4, the problem is that it takes forever to load, but it never shows any of the messages like its updating the database or anything. Once it loads, it just says the current assembly version and current database version and then stops loading and says Upgrade status report, but there is nothing there. If you go here http://www.intellicominc.com/temp/page.png you can see a snapshot of what I mean. Once I put the upgrade files in there, then the site will never load and always goes to the install.aspx?mode=upgrade page so I have to go back to 5.4.2

Hmmm, the upgrade process clearly is not running correctly.  I'd recommend that you report this over on the DotNetNuke forums.
