open-document library issue

Hi,

I have been looking at this issue for about 4 days now without success. I havent been able to find anything about it on the internet so thought i would post something to see im the only one having this issue.

We have a full working DNN solution in out LIVE environent. We have a document library for storage and viewing. However on our UAT environment we are not able to view the documents. It comes up with an error "error - BADRESPONSE".

We have copied all the source code to our UAT environment, copied the database over and chanegd the web configs etc. All is working correctly apart from this. Checked permissions on the folder the virtual is pointing to - its not that; really stuck! Basically when we click on any of the folders we get the attached.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If this is Open-Document Library from OpenDNN, I would recommend that you try contacting the developer for help.

Does the status bar give any useful information? Have you also looked in the Event Log to see if anything of use is logged there?

Just wanted to chime in to say that we had this problem and solved it by changing the portal from a child portal to a parent portal (which was quite easy). We are running DNN 4.9. That seemed to do the trick.
