Hi All

Any thoughts or help on this message when I go to look at the site log:

Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal.

Where do I turn it on?...I'm missing something...I'm lost

Hello David

Try this: Log in as Host.

 Navigate to:  Host/host settings

Half way down the page you will see advanced settings, click to expand. 

Within advanced settings:  Scroll to locate "Site Log History" the default is set to 0 days, you can change this to:  10, 20, 30 or  ?? days.

Then go to the bottom of the page to update settings.

Hi Lynn

I had tried that ...and I went back and did it again but to no avail. Everything else seems to work as it should .

I'll keep at it and post if/when I resolve it.

Login as host.

1x time set the sidelog for the host under hostsettings
and
1x time set the sidelog for the portal as admin under advanced settings in the portal settings.

there are 2 site Log History days you must set.
