i'm using dnn 4.9 and facing some problems in controlling UI, the most disturbing ones are 1. aligning and direction I'm using RTL culture. 2. controlling the dimensions of my modules in the page. is there a tool or module that I can use to control the locations and dimensions of my modules? is there any article or video the direct me how to control the direction and aligning of my skin? plz I need help thanks.

For skin issues, start with the tutorials on this site on that topic.  There is a long list.  I don't recall anything that deals in detail with RTL issues, but every thing else is there.
