This one has me stumped.

I bought a new domain. Pointed the domain to my hosting providers name servers. I created a new portal, with the portal alias.  The new domain name keeps redirecting me back to the defualt portal which indicates to me the portal is not configured. So I looked for hours. Everything looks setup correctly. I added the new domain name as a portal alias to an existing working portal.. Still redirects to the defualt portal, even though it points to the working portal with other portal aliases that work. Anyone have a clue what I'm missing?

I forced the site to reload the web.config by placing a space in the file saving it, and ftping tp the root overwriting the one there. Reloading fixed the issue.
