How do I store video with dnn that can be secured with the security roles?

Currently I'm using files and hyperlinks..but I want to use server tables and validation for membership on my site.

Does anyone know of any modules out there for dealing with video content that is tied to the security roles?

The other question I have is...  Can I use Visual Web Developer to deal with DNN when my host is running SQL 2000?

I'm new to DNN and a huge fan!

I just bought the Professional DotNetNuke book and am looking it over now.

Downloads with DNN - If you are looking to allow a video to be downloaded by just one particular security role then you can set this up with most modules, for instance the free documents module that comes with DNN. - Just go into the settings of the module & set which security role is allowed to view the downloads.

If your looking for further information covering working with security roles, I created a series of videos on this in issue 1.

Another module which you may find of interest is the free Repository module which has various templates for presenting your downloads.

I think you should be able to use VWD with SQL 2000.
