It seems that an exception is thrown on the home page of your site from a module. To check the actual error can you change the value of Mode attribute to to Off under CustomError tag in web.config.

Refresh the home page it should display the error on the page. Once the error is fixed revert the value back.

OR

Can you actually tell us the configuration change that you made you site blank.

OR

Have you tried accessing other pages of your site?

web.config lives in your website's root directory.

You are going to have to find another way to get at your site.

If it is hosted, is there a control panel that you can look at for file access and database access?

If it is on a computer that you control, you can look directly.

Please add some details so that I can give more detailed suggestions.

Ok, I was told to manage a website, i was given the username and the password of the administrator, i dont have it controlled or backed-up on my computer, i login through the website and i change things from there. After changing the skin of the website i refreshed the website but everything was gone, it was all blank. I dont know any other way to access the files in the website. That is all i know about the website. I tried connecting it to dreamweaver but it didnt let me. So I dont have it on a computer that would enable me to control it directly.
The Website is www.newengland.dclm.org you can pls check it out to have a little understanding of wat i mean

Where is the website hosted?

You WILL need access to the computer in order to manage it ...

I think the website is hosted by DotnetNuke.com

No, DotNetNuke doesn't do hosting.

If you are using the default login page, you can access it by the URL
http://www.newengland.dclm.org/Login.aspx
If you are you have placed the AccountLogin module on another page then replace the Login.aspx with the page name in the above URL.
