Error deleting user

I just found out that I'm having an issue where I cant delete any users that were created before this week. What happens when I try to delete them is it deletes all their roles but I get a "error deleting user" error. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what to do about it? thx

Have you looked in the Event Log to see if there is anything there that might be related?

I also should have asked: did you do any upgrades or make changes to the site that coincde with the "week ago" time frame?

It shows nothing in my event viewer after a failed delete. No nothing changed that I know of this just seems to have come out of nowhere
