I installed DNN 5.1.2 with the default settings. I was able to add the available modules and the Authentication Provider later. Ho do I add the ASP2Menu and DNNDropDown Navigation Providers?

DNNDropDown should be installed as default.
Go to the Host Menu / Extensions, scroll to the bottom to the SkinObject section, check that you can see:
DROPDOWNACTIONS SkinObject
ASP2Menu not sure - is this a DotNetNuke compatible menu?
