I have just started to look into DotnetNuke to develop a web application. I was asked to develop a web site to manage a recruitement facility for both Employers and Employees.

I think this is possible with DotnetNuke. Also I went through few start-up tutorials and looks really cool. I got know that I could develop my application logic and attach them.

But, still I am unable to step on a starting point. Could anybody guide to start this sort of a project with DotnetNuke.

Start by getting a copy of DotNetNuke installed, and then explore what it does and how it does it.  I can recommend these tutorials:

• An Introduction to the Principles of DotNetNuke
• Quick Start Guide to DotNetNuke
• Basic Introduction to Working with Pages in DotNetNuke
• How to install a module to DotNetNuke
• How to Install a Skin and Container in DotNetNuke
• How to use Skins and Containers in DotNetNuke

After that, you will want to look for modules that provide the functionality that you need.  I'm aware of Engage: Employment from EngageSoftware.com.  I'm sure that there are others.
