I am skinning a site and am having an issue with a table that I'm using for the footer.  It renders perfectly in Firefox and then in IE it gets dropped right on top of the main content pane and it also does not read the repeating background image.

I have pulled my hair out using CSS viewers and looking at the code and tweaking it different ways...all to no success.  Do you all have any suggestions as to how to get the table to properly render in IE just like it does in Firefox?
