Hi

Just a quick question , when using Internet explorer i keep getting the error -

This error appears when you try and click on the link by hovering over the link -

Any help would be appreciated.

I assume that you have done some customization.  If you change the site's skin to a standard DotNetNuke skin, does this error go away?

Does your custom skin have any executable code in it?  Any javascript?

Which version of DotNetNuke are you using?

We are using Version 4.9 and the only java script is the deafult javascript in the solpartmenu and there is no executable code.

Thanks

Did you try this with a standard skin?

After trying diffrent skins the problem remains if you go to http://cash.ds5067.dedicated.turbodns.co.uk/ its just the category menu thats is affected not the dnn menu , so maybe its not a solpartmenu problem ?

I visited your site using IE7 and FF.  I didn't see any errors.

I too do not see any errors in IE7 - perhaps you could test it using a different computer - or use a virtual PC?

By the time you viewed the site the error had gone , was somthing to do with the module i was using though its odd that ie should throw an error that is not realated to the solpartmenu , but seems to think it is.

Heres a New problem

Sorted the error out.

Now the client wants the ability to change pages by just clicking the blue highlighted part of the menu.

Let me explain , the link is coverd by a blue highlighed bar and when you click the text it takes you to the page you have chosen , they want it so if you dont click the text and just the blue bar that it does the same and lets you go through to that page.

The odd thing is the top menu which has nothing to do with the categories module already does this but the categories menu does not ? here is the link again http://cash.ds5067.dedicated.turbodns.co.uk/ to see what i mean try clicking the blue bar on the categories menu it does nothing.

So any ideas?

when hovering over the categories menu in the blue bar in both Firefox and IE, when clicking on the blue bar the menu works for me.
