My site has been running properly from the last 4 months.  However in the last few days I've noticed that often the site is showing the following error;

DotNetNuke Error: - Version 04.05.05 Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Look in the site's Event Log for more information, and then let us know what's there. That might narrow down your search for the source of the error.
