For some reason, all the thumbnail images do not appear in the skin manager. they show as broken image links. When you click on them, the large jpg image appears.

Looks like the path to the thumbnails is incorrect.

Incorrect:

Any idea where the "Admin/Skins/tabid/49" in the path is coming from? How to fix?
