I would like to have an text/html module in the navigation column of this page http://www.bwwines.com/Links/tabid/...fault.aspx with an index of content in the main column of the page that links to anchor points in that module.

It seems like it is impossible to link to anchor points from one module to another on the same page.

Am I wrong?

it should be possible to add anchor points anywhere on a page, all you need to do is work out how to add an anchor into the actual module. If you wish to link to a module other than the text / HTML module you could create an anchor point by going to the modules settings / advanced settings / Header - add in the HTML for the anchor in here and this should create an anchor point at the top of the module.

I have had no problem inserting anchors. If you want to place anchors at the top or bottom of modules, you can user the Header of Footer settings for the module.
