I am using survey module in my app. As a host user I am able to add questions for the polling.

I have to provide a link in the same page "New Question". If the admin user clicks this link, it should redirect to "add question" page ?

How to acheive this?

You can find the URL that you need if you navigate to the Add a Question page. You can then copy the URL and use it in your site.
