I know the above statement can be added to a skin to make a conditional piece of code that shows only if a user is logged in.

Does a similar control exist to show special content if the user is an admin?

Change "Registered Users" to "Administrators".

The DNN admin bar was covering my fixed top position div. I needed the statement to change the class of my top div to push down if the admin bar was present.

I noticed it adds a dnnEditState class to the Body when you're in edit mode.
You can also use this to style things differently when in edit mode.
