I see that DnnCreative uses several CSS Import files. I see that this method is used to enhance valid css, could you please explain why and how?

I use this method to call in various CSS media types, ie. print, screen, iehacks

I implemented this method because I was using the latest version of sIFR on DNN C and it was the only method which would work reliably in the latest version of sIFR. -  I need to do further experiments with it before I can give any recommendations.
