It's 2013 and we have DNN 7, yet there are videos from 2005. Things have changed! |

Yes, things have changed and we do have a growing list of videos that deal with DotNetNuke 7.
However, even though things have changed, there's much in the old videos that still is useful. |

I agree with Troy. I look at it this way, the older the average content seems on your site, the less likely to attract new clients and renew old ones. that's regardless whether or not the content is still useful for the latest DNN version. Perhaps it may be advantageous to add "Applies to Version" tags on the old-but-still-useful content indicating what versions of DNN they are relevant to. e.g. if a video for the Events core module was created for DNN5, but is still useful for DNN7, then you could tag it with DNN5, DNN6, DNN7 tags. it would help me decide that there's enough DNN7 content to warrant renewal. |
