Unable to renew subscription by credit card

    Posting here as a last resort, but there has been no response to my emails:

    Hello,

    My subscription to DnnCreative has expired, and the links on the
    dnncreative.com renewal page to pay by credit card at Snowcovered (now DNN Store)returns a page that states the product is no longer available. I have
    searched the Snowcovered site for "subscription", but no hits for
    DnnCreative. Can you please provide an updated link to where I can renew
    my subscription with a credit card instead of PayPal?

    ...I have also noticed that there have several others who have had to resort to posting their inquiries in this forum to get results (activation of subscription weeks after payment). This has been an outstanding resource for DNN training for me up to now, but I can't help but think that things are degrading at DNN Creative and that renewing my subscription would be foolish at this point, given the effort required on the buyer's end for product delivery. Any explanation as to what might be going on and whether or not there is a way to renew via credit card would be greatly appreciated. I fear if this continues, DNN Creative may cease to exist. That would be bad for everyone.
