Do the video downloads really need to be zipped? It would be one thing if all of the videos in a series came in 1 zip file but there are multiple video files and each is zipped seperately. This is a pain. It really isnt saving much either. Videos are already compressed so zip doesnt do much. An example is video 1 of the dynamic forms quickstart is 12.0 megs zipped and 12.3megs unzipped. Thats only 2.5% reduction in file size and way more inconvienient.
I would also like it if you had these videos in a streaming viewer like channel9.msdn.com.
Im sure there is a module available to do it. Adding that feature can be another tutorial... |
