I have recently heard good things about (I think this is the name) nbStore. Google and you'll find it at codeplex.com. I don't have any personal experience, so this isn't a recommendation.

Although it has a steep learning curve, but catalook from dnnsoft (http://www.dnnsoft.com) is still the best ecommerce module in general for the DNN world. I have done a lot of implementation with it, and dnnsoft support is very good and accessible.
