Any plans to update the tutorials for later versions of DNN?  Given that we are on 4.8.3, the current tutorials are a bit dated.

We will be looking at updates when DotNetNuke v5 / cambrian is released.

Even though some of the tutorials have been created in DotNetNuke version 3, they still apply to all later versions of DotNetNuke, the only difference you tend to find is that a new feature is added. In those cases we tend to add additional tutorials to supplement the original tutorial such as these tutorials:

If you come across a tutorial that is obviously out of date and it doesn't represent the current version of DotNetNuke then please let us know and we will make it a priority to update it.

I love the effects that you use in your tutorials. The 3D cube, the clicking and typing sounds. What recording and editing software tools do you use?

the later tutorials are created in Camtasia - using those transitions, the earlier tutorials are created with captivate.
