    Hi Lee,
    I have subscribed in April 2007 for a year and now I am trying to download any issue - I have this link "Subscribe" to download the video appears on the page looks like I didn't subscribe to it. 
    Please check my subscription and fix the issue.

    Hello,

    The username balda does not have access, so I checked using your email account and there is another username: Adle

    which has full subscriber access,
