I couldn't find where you change the email contact information for your user profile in the My Profile setup for the website here? If there's no way to do it a profile would become unusable if an email changes or is deleted.
Is there a way to change my email registered.
I was getting too much forum stuff at my registered email it is a work email, and could be problems.

You have a couple of options. - If you want to remove the forum emails, click on my profile above the forum and from the tabs select Subscriptions. - Here you can select which items to receive from the forum.

If you want to completely change your email account that is registered on this site. - When you login, you will see your name is displayed instead of login. - Click on your name, this will give you access to all of your registered details which you can easily update.
