If you purchase a DNNCreative subscription using Paypal, there are some things that you should know:

1) When customers subscribe to DNNCreative, it is an $80/yr charge that does renew automatically.

2) When DNNCreative renews, PayPal itself handles choosing the funding source. If a person has money in their PayPal account, it will use that. If they have a credit card linked to their PayPal account, it may use that instead.

3) If a person wants to stop the payment, the correct process is for them to cancel the subscription though PayPal. When a person subscribes, it sets up an automatic payment profile through PayPal.

If you want to prevent your subscription from automatically renewing:

Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

Log in to your PayPal account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

Select My money.

In the My preapproved payments section, click Update.

Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.

Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
