    Hi,

    I have asked a few times via email for my subscription to be renewed. WE paid in November yet I still don't have access. We sent emails in November, December and now January asking for my account to be activated, yet it hasn't happened yet.

    Why is there such an issue with subscription renewals? Seems like there are plenty of other complaints posted in here. QA needs to be done.

    JulE,

    Your subscription is active and has been since 11/6/2012. The expiration date is 11/6/2013.

    Since you appear to be having problem, are you able to login? Do you see a green box in the upper right that says "Your Account is Active."?

    If not, please reply with some details as to what is going wrong.
