My subscription expired and I purchased a new subscription via the DotNetNuke Store way back on October 29th 2012.

I received an email confirmation from noreply@dnncorp.com and as instructed, I forwarded the email to Andy Stephenson at dnncreative.payments@gmail.com. On Oct 30th, the subscription was still not active so I forwarded the email to Support@dnncreative.com.

On November 13th, 2012, my subscription was still not active so this time I forwarded the email to both Support@dnncreative.com and dnncreative.payments@gmail.com.

I am sorry to have to post this to a public forum but, it is now January 3rd 2012, and my account is STILL not activated.

It is very frustrating to get NO response. Please activate my account. My invoice number is 4F28FD87D7F64EE9B9DC3DD63A1DBF73.

On a side note, as I tried to find someone to contact, I found that Lee Sykes' old email address (lee@dnncreative.com) is still listed as all over the web site even though he has been gone since August of 2011 as far as I can tell. You may have someone monitoring this address other than Lee, so this might not be an issue but, excluding any pages in this forum, there are currently 177 occurrences of lee@dnncreative.com on the dnncreative.com website.

It might help in minimizing the frustration level and help your sales if you would do a little website cleanup. To see where lee@dnncreative.com appears on your website, just follow this URL:
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...l:%2Fforum

In any case, I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

    Thanks
