    purchased my subscription long ago and despite numerous emails and support requests have not heard anything or been elevated to subscription level

    I'm in the exact same boat!! I recently subscribed to dnncreative and have my receipt for completed purchase, but I have lost access to the site videos. I can login with my profile credentials, I even see my receipt in my profile which also confirms I'm paid for the full year, but I can't access any more videos even though I've paid for the full year starting November 5th 2012. Can you please fix this issue as soon as possible as my job advancement depends on it!

    JR: this should be fixed.

    Did you subscribe using Paypal or from the DotNetNuke store?
